Largely depends on how much you take care of yourself. My dad and his brother are over 75 and are still very active and mentally clear. Their younger sister and my mom and her sister (all 74-77) are way more aged because they all ate like shit, were overweight since age 40 and smoked. Biden is old as fuck and though he’s always been a little dumb and odd he seems like the same dude he was in 2008 and 2012. |

I saw it with my grandma, who went from independent living to wheelchair bound by mid 80s, even though her mom lived well until she was 96
I'm seeing it with my inlaws already. FIL is early 70s and literally went from full head of hair to half bald in a period of a year...I don't think he's as quick as he used to be. Scary shit.
In 10-15 years, a lot of our parents are going to be shells of their former selves. |
