Talked to him about how business was going. Said he’s seeing a significant drop in business in the last 1-2 months that he said rivals the drop during the Great Recession
I’m inclined to believe him but for the fact that this city doesn’t have significant unemployment |

If you can get maybe a matrix of 10-15 of these Peter Lynch "on the ground" street signs of recessionary activity you can get a jump on Wall Street for sure. |

Maybe business is down for him b/c people are more inclined to upgrade rather than repair right now? |
