Everyone is so well cast, even the secondary ones like the two hired guns (deaf guy and his partner). Lester is the perfect little weaselly antihero. Malvo is menacing as FUCK (will need to rewatch S3 to compare to Varga). Love his threatening monologues. The pacing is great, as well. Ideal amount of plot developments with each episode.
