SATA sucks donkey balls; go NVMe.

You can get the 250GB 960 EVO NVMe for $108 and the 500GB one for $180. Like the guy above mentioned, the NVMe is 100% worth the price difference.
Noctua coolers are the best, but be Quiet isn't bad.
Get the 8600K. You'll save some money vs. the 7700k, it's better than the 7700k and it's not worth the $$$ to upgrade to the 8700k.
Get at least 1,000 watt power supply.

If you absolutely need a basic machine right now buy a cheapo celeron rig for the time being, maybe something like a nuc that you can convert into a media server once you build your main rig. If you're interested I can get you a w10 pro license for $20.
