I got let go last month, just two months after a new chick became my supervisor. Never had 1 issue until she took over the department. To make matters worse, the executive director came to me in secret and he told me "I know you're a hard worker, been here for years, but if you want to stay here all u have to do is keep her happy." So basically my job did not depend upon me getting a Master's last year, or working hours off the clock to catch up our department. To save my job meant keeping a woman happy?
