It's a ridiculous study. They told the participants to eat healthier but not worry about counting calories, which always means the fatass participants will end up eating fewer calories. It doesn't say they controlled the study so that the participants were eating the same calories as before.
Then the "scientists" say it's quality, not quantity that is most important.
