How far out of college are you? I called some old HS and college buddies up that I hadn't seen or talked to in a pretty long time. They were all great and it wasn't weird. It was actually a fucking blast. It helps that I just don't stay in touch with anyone.
If that is not an option, keep the wedding party SMALL. You'll get through it just fine. It's all about the bride anyways.

Just immediate family or otherwise a very small wedding with no attendants or just 1 each.
If she's one of those women who needs 6-12 bridesmaids, then run. If you're not convinced that's the best option, then do you have brothers, cousins, a dad, uncles, or your future BILs who would do it? Any old friends? People are generally touched by the gesture and happy to be part of it, even if you're not in touch with them often. Tbf, some people are also annoyed by the thought of spending $3k and taking Friday off to be there.
