srs, i dont think there's any video/pics of the actual slip and fall. i dont think that it happened is really contested. the liability phase was more about whether the usta was responsible or the wta was, whether she should have been in there, etc. |

if she was prepared to try the case, and now that the usta is 75% liable, wouldnt she want to go forward with the damages case?
maybe she realizes her damages case is shit and doesnt want to be embarrassed and the usta is calling her bluff |
