You feel you've done pretty well for yourself and have kept a good job and pay, but one day you meet someone who is 10 years younger and climbed the ladder quite a lot faster than you.

We have that were I am now , fortunately I do not report to him. His team thinks he's a twat. He did some things one place which the CEO thinks apply to what we are doing, so he got put in charge of a team. The CEO is a silicon valley douche who does not get it.
