WHY cant dumbs handle Law?

Cf law — route memorization and spitting back legal tests applied to fact patterns that largely follow cases you’ve already read. WTF are dumbs lacking that they can’t get it together in law school? |

The problem is dumbs aren’t doing a good job and just getting beat out by smarter kids — they’re actively shitting the bed on exams and forgetting legal tests or grossly misapplying them or going off on tangents that have nothing to do with issues at hand.
