Palm Beach County country club condo's for under $10k whats the catch?

Date: March 14th, 2018 10:47 PM Author: Coiffed disturbing useless brakes There's condos for sale for next to nothing in palm beach county, but you have to pay for a social member ship initiation fee of upwards of $70k which I believe you get back when you sell the unit, and it has really high HOA fees ($600+ per month). But the property taxes are under $1k for the year and the insurance is also probably dirt cheap.
Is there something I'm missing here? |
