Sometimes poor clients want to keep the $500 or whatever and not fix their car because the damage is minor. You need them to get it fixed because there will be a supplemental estimate, usually a few thousand. It makes the case WAY stronger since higher PD sounds better and allows an ax recon to have a higher delta V. That means a way higher settlement and the client and you make way more each.
