Any way to nicely convince wife to get Liposuction in midsection?

Youngest is 3 and it is now clear to me that she isn’t going to be bouncing back like she did after the first kid. She is by no means overweight, 5’8” and probably 140, and works out consistently and eats well, but basically has permanent flab around her midsection after two kids which makes me much less attracted to her. She is an amazing partner and mom and the rest of her body looks great, but it sucks that I no longer want to fuck her or see her naked.
Is there any nice way to convince her to get lipo and get her midsection cleaned up? The rest of her body is great so I’m confident this would fix everything |
