They were +2000 against UVA, so your $100 bet gets you $2000 (+100).
For the K State game UMBC is +450, so your $2100 bet gets you $9450 (+2100) if they were to win.
So less than you might imagine. I don't see any odds for buying UMBC to win it all, but I'm sure no book would risk offering them at the correct historical odds. It'd be a 7-bet parlay with extremely long odds on each bet.
Edit: the best odds any book would have offered pre-tournament for UMBC to win it all was 9999/1. So every dollar would turn into $10,000 dollars.
