It's not about attempting perfect discrimination between events you can and cannot change.
It's about reducing your ego - to stop trying to control / change ALL events, and the realization that you're largely along for the ride.
This in no way implies you shouldn't put effort into reasoned choice - but that you need to learn acceptance, and that you are an actor in this show of life not the Director
