my buddy is a traditionalist catholic but he went to a "solstice party" in NYC where alexander and other LW nerds were. so he and scott alexander get to talking, and apparently at some point scott is, like, overstimulated. he can't keep making eye contact, but he still wants to talk. so he says to my buddy, i still want to talk, i just need to turn around. so he turns 180 degrees and expects my buddy to talk to the back of his head. |
