Cohen is suing Fusion GPS, which is the private contractor hired by Hillary Clinton and the FBI allowed Fusion to access raw 702 data on anyone and everyone. When Fusion GPS was pulling data on Trump's lawyer, Cohen, to put inside the dossier, they accidentally pulled the data on the wrong Cohen and put it in the dossier.
