if you want to make money in finance, be smart and get a front office job at a great firm. not a cfa.
you’ll make the most money doing shit you like and are good at, whatever it is |

CFA isn’t necessary to work in asset management. JD is required to go into law, but if it’s non t-14 JD, don’t bother. That also means you’re not smart enough to get hired by any reputable asset management firm, so a CFA is a waste too. |
