There is no reason to assume someone with a 150iq will be a good waiter and get a promotion. In fact, being that intelligent makes dealing with regular iq people harder so on average, 150 iq guy would have less people skills and be less likely to do well in any job where peolle skills are needed.
You have to leverage your competitive advantage. |

dealing with regular iq people vs intelligent people in a restaurant setting is exactly the same. they give you orders and you bring them their food and drinks. no socialization required. |
