now that I am a disabled vet, I get free healthcare via the VA...and I can use any healthcare provider if I am 30 miles away from a va hospital...trump is trying to make it possible for vets to get free healthcare at any facility..
my wife is taiwanese and is only a 600 dollar plane ride away from free healthcare...

Some states look at your wealth for Medicaid eligibility though a Medicaid trust would take care of that issue. ACA makes early retirement easier than it's ever been.
