Less clear. It's hard to justify given the current absurd cost of college and current credentialing culture. In an ideal world, it may be CR. In this one, it's perhaps only worthwhile for a talented HS-age kid who can then go on to getting practical training in college.

Also I think a ton of them do graduate or professional programs.

sjc education is good in theory and teaches them to read and think better, but st. johnnies on the whole are not the brightest bunch and are prone to bullshitting because they're given the latitude to do so. they're also fairly bad writers because, again, rigor isn't enforced. certainly not worth $70k/yr or whatever the tuition is imo.
