Also a large chunk of the appeal to the Land Cruiser is that once it's past its useful life as a daily driver, you can do some light mods to them & have an extremely capable off-roader. The Lexus LX has different styling touches that make doing off-road mods slightly tougher. |

At the end, they put it on the roof of a multistory building about to be demolished; the detonator charges go and the building vanishes, the Land Cruiser disappears in a cloud of brick dust; they find the Toyota in the rubble, put the key in the ignition, turn it, and drive the Land Cruiser off into the sunset and into legend.
