the older you get, the more you have to maintain

in my early 20s i could legit eat like 7000 calories a day and not gain weight

now i have to weigh myself daily just to make sure im not gaining a couple pounds here and there

just dont' sweets and most food is OK

it's scary b/c if you are too busy working, you never notice, but in reality you look disgusting and obese
