I actually had to do a home visit for one of them. The house itself was filthy, a morbidly obese older lady was snoozing in an armchair--I could barely see anything because the whole room was filled w cigarette smoke, and there were filthy dishes from meals all over every surface. The yard was overgrown, w a junked out car.
When I left the house, two black males "walking past" smirked lasciviously. |

Actually the original deal had been drafted by insane senior partner in my firm who had a loan for whatever $20K as reported in the loan agreements but the real life loan amount was only half that so the whole original agreement was arguably not enforceable. |
