JFK-VIE-PRN Pristina, Kosovo (2 nights) PRN-FRA-BLQ Bologna (2night, with one day in San Marino, rented a car) BLQ-FCO-MLA Malta (2 nights) MLA-BCN Barcelona (2 nights) Bus to Andorra for 1 night Bus to Toulouse for Airbus Factory/1 night
then flying back up to Paris for like 10 days. Especially interested in info on Kosovo. |

I stayed at some hostelling international type place. Was annoyed at paying a bit for a shitty private room, boring as fuck hostel,. O tourists. |

Got there late at night, expensive taxis. I read about them gouging foreigners because of all the aid work and it was true.
I wandered around the old town a bit, lots of cafes. Went to some national museum.felt weird wandering outside busy areas. Tbh it wasn't that exciting at all. But can say I went there, really impressed se travel shrews
I'd be interested in seeing tashektn ot baku, I would imagine similar sterile culture. Could of also been the time I went, 2010 alot different than now |

Much more business oriented foreigners was .y impression. People getting shuttled around.
Was a weird weekend. Didnt really meet anyone either.
Love shit hole cities, but not pristina.

Not much to do but you can get kooky given how many college/grad students are there and locals are legit friendly. Not sure how it will be in summer, but it’s a pretty city for basically being a zero blip on the great cities of Italy radar, and if you hate it Modena and Florence are close, but I think Florence is LJL touristy.
There’s another place that’s better than dell orso that has a great rabbit ragout but I can’t remember the name. It’s in a basement but a lot of restaurants there are. |
