there's a growing movement in the US that laws should not apply to black people / minority ethnicities.
i was watching cnbc the other day when they did a report on robinson cano's ped suspension for a banned diuretic.
one of the hosts said something like, "i don't know, i drink coffee, that's a diuretic."
yeah, well, coffee isn't on the mlb's banned substance list.
that's like being arrested for meth possession, and saying, "i don't know, i buy caffeinated beverages, and caffeine is also a stimulant." caffeine isn't illegal; meth is.
