The swamp was not giving up. Trump was under siege when he took office, attacked not just by Dems and the deep state but by #NeverTrumpers including Ryan and McConnell, who made it obvious they would not strongly resist any attempted impeachment if someone could just provide some half credible evidence.
A large part of the public was confused by the media onslaught, wondering whether he had indeed been complicit in some crime with Russia and whether he was going to last long.
He has used patience and time to have Obama's crime cabal progressively unmasked while simultaneously the passage of time has shown that his accusers had nothing but bad faith, and certainly no evidence of criminality by him or his campaign.
Despite being under siege, he has rapidly progressed a wide range of conservative (not RINO) policies which have improved the lives and confidence of most Americans while reestablishing American leadership on the world stage (lots of squealing by the dhimmis who had sold out their countries (Merkel, May, Macron, etc).
Now the general public has no doubt he is the rightful president and one who is working for the US, while Obama's criminal cabal and the lyin' media are seen as just that. So when prosecutions start to occur, the public will be expecting it as the crimes already recognized.
This is a masterful presidency. |
