Anyway, what this thread is getting at is the paradoxical nature of Jewish identity. The far right consider Jews faux white interlopers who could not be part of a white ethnostate whereas the far left considers Jews part of the white aupremacist apparatus that oppresses “people of color”.
Either way, my ancestry is all European, aka white. So yes, white, but it also depends on who you ask. Jews never had to change skin color but often times had to change status. |
