DTLA is pretty cool now, why deal with a commute, you can explore other parts of the city on weekends or at night and if you find some area you love you can move there later on. |

anyways, when I mean close, I really do mean close. like across the street or one or two blocks away.
if you live in DTLA, don't bother driving. just uber. parking costs like $200 a month by itself. uber is probably cheaper than just parking. |
