Yet, if he ever engages in the petty things that he whines about and you say something, he will literally blow up like a fucking bomb.
How to handle? He's a pain in the ass and is constantly telling people what to do and gets angry if things aren't perfect. Has ZERO authority, he's just completely deluded. Management is very new and hasn't really seen much of it. Pls advise. |
