I will give you a blurb on each, not sure if you've been to any or how many days you have.
UK
London: Obviously a world class city with loads to see, places to drink and lots of restaurants. If you haven't been to a place like London or Paris, I suppose it should be moved towards the top of your list. That said, London has never been one of my favorite cities. Everything is spread out and mediocre. I feel like people who hold it up at the best city in the world are lying to themselves because they have to live there.
Glasgow: Fun to get lit up with some Scottish tramps, but there's not much to draw you up there, unless you have some interest in areas around Glasgow. Edinburgh would be a better choice.
Dublin: Not much to see, Book Of Kells, walk along the Liffe, Guinness factory? Fun for a drinking weekend, but if you haven't been to the rest of your list, better more well rounded options.
Spain/Portugal
Barcelona: Depending on the month, beach. If you like TAPATH, lots of great options, pretty decent nightlife. Some tourist stuff to see, very walkable. Used to be low on my list but growing on me. It's shrew catnip.
Madrid: Somehow have never been other than connecting in the airport. Dunno.
Lisbon: 180 and often overlooked city. Very walkable, great food, fun nightlife, cheaper than lots of the more touristed parts of Europe. Nice climate as well.
Central/Eastern Europe
Prague: Great city, but I haven't been since 2009, I think it might be totally inundated with NOWAGS these days. Really fun nightlife, beautiful old town, great history. Well worth a trip.
Vienna: Boring, Opera House, some other tourist stuff, have a dry Sacher Torte, see Freuds rooms, meh. I wouldn't make this a priority.
Budapest: One of the most 180 cities in Europe, very cheap. Totally walkable, decent but improving food, great nightlife. Tourist stuff to see, but may not be as interesting to you as the sights of London.
Thailand/Cambodia
Bangkok: 180 city, great food, overrated but fine nightlife, nice places and prole packer boozing. Cheap. Shouldn't be a stand alone, should be combined with somewhere else in Thailand. Enough tourist stuff for 1-2 tightly packed days.
Ko Phi Phi: Beautiful and fun, but just a party island really. Do you want to make multiple flight connections to the other side of the world just to sit on a beach for a few days, drink with prolepackers and take a boatride to the beach from a 3rd rate Dicaprio movie?
Angkor wat: Amazing, but be warned. Buddy went recently on honeymoon and said it's SO full of NOWAGS that it's almost unbearable to be there.
Colombia
Cartagena: Beach is dirty, water isn't nice. Old town takes about an hour to see. It's fun and cheap and you can get tan and it's close and convenient but manage your expectations.
Bogota: Strictly a transit stop.
Medellin: 180 cheap city, not much to see tourist wise but if you want to chill and get some local flavor for a few days, def.
Greece/Turkey
Athens: One of the most 180 cities for history, absolutely a must see. Walkable, Greek food is 180, crush some ouzo. Definitely go.
Mykonos: This would be best if you went with a group and rented a house, and only a viable option during summer party months. If going with a gf, consider Santorini instead.
Istanbul: Another amazing city for history, and a total must see. Only downside is mussies are getting increasingly unhinged.
China/Taiwan:
Hong Kong: One of my favorite cities in the world, complete 180, not much tourist stuff to see, but unreal food scene, great nightlife, cheap tailoring and great energy.
Shanghai: Much better than Beijing. Probably the best city to visit on the mainland.
Taipei: Another 180 food city that is def worth checking out, but perhaps not the highest priority as compared to these other options.

Poland I would definitely do. Krakow over Warsaw?
Budapest I hear good things so would keep.
Not much interested in Kiev, I'd prob keep Prague bc I hear it's cheap and 180.
Maybe Prague-Krakow-Budapest.

warsaw was completely rebuilt after the war, krakow is an ancient gem

what if I told you that Kiev was cooler and cheaper than Prague? prague has been rode hard and put up wet by stag parties and such for 25 years

munich is more boring than Vienna
Kiev has tons of history, hot chicks, huge river, lots of parks, etc. it's also a lot bigger than prague so you only get a touristy vibe in a few small spots, not the whole downtown like with prague. it's also the cheapest capital city in the world so you can get top notch food and cocktails for a pittance
RSF has been twice and he's coming back in august
