it helps sleep quality because it keeps your jaw positioned forward so that it doesn't block airflow. and increased unobstructed breathing = increased sleep quality |

Just buy a couple of these https://www.amazon.com/Night-Mouth-Guard-KM-Brands/dp/B06XXK3LPS and it will do the EXACT same thing for $8 a pop. Probably just as "fitted" to your teeth as the one your dentist makes.
