tell me more about Stuttgart and Baden-Württemburg in general. you seem to have a lot of specific knowledge about it in the world cities thread.
also, if that's not the answer, what do you think is the best part of the germanic-speaking world for an American to live?

180. some of my family is from outside Stuttgart. i haven't been but need to go.
Jewess and I are thinking of eventually semi-retiring over there at some point in one of the Germanic areas, close to the Alps if possible.
if all goes right career-wise the next 10 years i'd love to get a place over there.
Switzerland is mad expensive, but wonderful. idk if we'd get citizenship. i could see us being there 2 months a year. we were thinking more like the Innsbruck area in the Austrian alps.
