IN MY HUMBLE AND UNBIASED FBI OPINION RELATED TO THIS MATTER, I believe DEFENDANT MANAFORT was attempting to OBSTRUCT JUSTICE.
In FACT, after I arrived unannounced at WITNESS 1's residence, and threatened to charge them with COLLUSION WITH RUSSIA IN THE FIRST DEGREE, WITNESS 1 agreed that MANAFORT was attempting to SUBORN PERJUY.
SUBSCRIBED AND SWORN

Actually, I read it several weeks ago, and it was entirely narrative. I just pulled it back up, and yep, my post is spot on with the "SUBORN PERJURY" quote. Also, half of the affidavit references communications that pre-date 2014, and the other half has hearsay within hearsay that would never in 1000 years be admissible.
Anyways, I know this stuff flies entirely over your alcohol-addled brain, but my tongue-in-cheek post was speaking to the credibility of the FBI and the Mueller team, which will come front-and-center when agents come in and testify and are found out to be Trump-hating spies (if there are any left on Mueller's team at trial, ljl).

Konstantin Viktorovich Kilimnik was born in eastern Ukraine in the Soviet period. He studied at the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defense in Moscow, and after the Soviet breakup took Russian citizenship, he said in the interview. The institute trains interpreters for the Russian military intelligence agency, formerly known as the G.R.U. and now called the Main Directorate.
He worked for a time in Sweden as an interpreter for a Russian company that exported arms, and later in the Moscow office of the International Republican Institute, a Washington-based nonprofit, where former employees said they suspected he was informing on them to the Russian authorities.
He parted ways with the organization, a former employee of the Moscow office said, after the chief of the F.S.B., the successor agency to the K.G.B., talked in a speech about the private meetings of the institute’s officials.

Being able to confront witnesses against you is a fundamental right. Practically it should have been done through counsel.
But muellers team is going around charging people in exchange for cooperation, which isn’t considered coerceising false testimony.
But a two minute phone where nobody explicitly asked for the witness to lie is. Lol ok.

A new report in The Washington Post reveals that in the nine years before Trump launched his presidential campaign, the Trump Organization spent more than $400 million in cash on real estate deals. This represents a striking departure for a business that previously had relied heavily on debt to do business. The Post investigation, compiled from public records, raises as many key questions as it answers regarding the source of funds used by the Trump family over nearly a decade

In the past decade, the Trump Organization has bought and refurbished several golf courses around the world, but the financing behind those deals remains something of a mystery. A respected golf writer says that Eric Trump, a son of Mr. Trump’s who is now helping to run the Trump Organization, told him the money came from Russia.
Last year, during an interview on Boston public radio, the golf journalist James Dodson recounted a conversation he had had with Eric Trump in 2013 on a newly opened Trump golf course in Charlotte, N.C. Mr. Dodson said he had asked Mr. Trump about the company’s sources of funds, and Mr. Trump told him, “We have pretty much all the money we need from investors in Russia.”
Eric Trump has denied making the comment about Russia, but several of Mr. Dodson’s friends and colleagues confirmed that Mr. Dodson relayed the anecdote to them shortly after the conversation took place.
