Benched 155 5x5 yesterday; my theoretical ORM is probably 170 or so. Sadly I have not been squatting or deadlifting for the last few months because of an injury I'm worried would recur if I did so. I know this is far from ideal but I'm not gonna hurt myself just to max gainz. I try to do a battery of leg shit as a replacement but I know it's not the same. Barring that I try to follow the plan Hegemon gave me and I've been making good progress.
Some XOers have seen progress pics but I'm not gonna post them here unless I get super duper fit. I did lift with Baltimore Orioles tp on Sunday so if he stops by he can weigh in.
