But the MSM is OVERWHELMINGLY liberal. Like, it's not even close. Every national TV news outlet is liberal. Every newspaper in major cities except WSJ is liberal and shockingly so. TV Shows, Movies, Ad Agencies, record companies, pop culture -- all driven by liberals. Tech media such as YouTube, Netflix, Twitter, etc -- all skew way left. Fuck, even ESPN, which probably has a viewership that skews conservative by virtue of being overwhelmingly male is very liberal and can't help but push liberal causes.

Everyone agrees that talk radio skews very conservative, but nobody would consider talk radio to be the mainstream media by any stretch. It has nowhere near the penetration of more traditional media sources -- you have to seek it out. Young kids aren't stumbling onto Rush Limbaugh the way they stumble onto Disney or TV commercials or movies that all push a liberal agenda, whether overtly or subtly.

I think ALL of us would like at least one news source that was pretty unbiased -- in the way that a local news channel just reports what's going on in a local area -- but that news channel would get btfo because at this point it could never compete with the more ideological media outlets, and we all agree that's pretty sad.

The other issue of course is that there is a self-selection bias with certain professions. Journalism (and media itself) draws overwhelmingly from people who identify as democrat/liberal
