These new fed jails will house men, women and children together? Do they have to be married? and prove it? Can I be housed with the women? Whose kids go with whom? Do I have to prove these 15 kids with me are all my biological children? Does each family get its own room and rec space? Cause I dont want my kids around those gang members over there. Can we get our own jail?
Do we have male and female guards overseeing these family detainees? What about shower and bathroom facilities? Mixed?
Do we also start detaining families of illegal immigrants accused of other federal crimes? What about state crimes? If I have no papers, but I am arrested for drug trafficking, can I have my kids live with me? What about my wife, and also my girlfriend?
Why does my kid have to be detained at all? He is being locked up with dangerous adults? Cant we have a separate space for kids? Wait, that is what started this.....
