it's axiomatic that you NEED to lift heavy weights for no reason other than to impress other dudes with the numbers on the barbell.
meanwhile, just tape up basic parts of your body and rehab it like a junk car. keep going until it finally breaks down for good. because you NEED to lift those weights.
