maybe 10% ask but i tell them fuck off, they dont pay shit upfront, i even front their costs so they are not entitled to it, all of them shut up once i say we are doing this by email and phone, its free for them so they dont care
no, never. ive never ordered a depo transcript, that shit is FRAUD expensive, 1k for some paper, lol i cld go to strip club and be SUPERSTAR for cost of one depo transcript JUICEJUICEallAHALLAH JUIce

Out of those 65 I lost 2 on MSJ one of which was not my fault cause it was cocounsel, and then 2 clients were loco and I withdrew. Another went to default and i got a 100k plus default judgment award but Ill never be able to collect it. So the remaining cases, 60, all settled. I do a phone depo prep and i give them a depo prep outline to review via email. The guy I use for depos is old and hella experienced so he handles it. Never had a complaint
Transcripts are BS. Once I even defended an MSJ WITHOUT ordeirng the plaintiff's depo transcript cause client was too poor too pay, and I fucking won on all but one issue defending the MSJ even without the fucking transcript. ALPHA AS FURK |

Ppl thought he'd be KD but clearly he is not KD, who did well even in his first year and second. BI is taking way longer to develop and I still am not sure he will get past that hump
Kuz is just offensively gifted, if they use him properly he can dominate. he is unreal offensively. I think he can lead the league in scoring. |

my worst and most prolonged cases are with small firms rep'ing small clients in some non big city jurisdiction.. and its even worse if its with a lawyer with less than 15 years exp, like all the fuking old dudes 25 years out know how this shit works and will just settle, sometimes just informally over the phone and email i think 70% of my cases are informal settlements now not even mediation
but the small firms and bitches and younger lawyers will waste my time |
