LOL wtf no. Half the city is GS 13-15, and I think all of those are $100-135K, not to mention the "self-funded" agencies that pay above GS. Then you have a million Biglaw dweebs making MBB associate money if not more now.
The type of people who move to DC aren't impressed by your consulting project streamlining the supply chain for some auto parts company in Flint where you spend M-Thurs while they gorge themselves on happy hour snacks.
