Hard to care about any of these characters when any and all of them are constantly being revealed to be hosts/killed/resurrected as hosts/resurrected in different hosts' bodies.
I found the only characters I actually cared about were James Delos and William.
Nothing to do but LJL at Mary Sue Dolores who becomes invulnerable to everything but headshots while the more powerful Maeve dies to chest wounds. The writers simply bend the rules to try to create drama. |

I watched the first season and half of the second until the shogun world when my dislike started building. By the finale, it was an absolute chore that I felt like I ought to just finish.
I can't believe they are making a 3rd season. It's two years out, maybe they'll just cancel it. |
