Or he could just be tired of the Verstappen drama and might want to be the #1 top dog (though Hulkenberg is quite good).
I also think it's a bit odd though. Renault is a clear step down. Look a a driver like Hulkenberg -- he is a very good and consistent driver and can't even get an occasional podium finish with Renault. |
