After almost five years of lifting free weights and machines with some pullups, dips, and core work thrown in, I've checked out some videos of guys doing handstands and shit and decided a heavier emphasis on bodyweight stuff might help push me through a plateau I've kind of been in for a year or so. I think I will alternate weeks doing my old way and doing some more intense bodyweight stuff
