1) find a unicorn that will hire me and give me lots of stock,

2) save and buy investment properties at the next dip, and learn as much maintenance/cost avoidance stuff as I can in the meantime,

3) stay here or go to another megacorp and get up enough that I can just wagecuck and save until kids graduate from college (i.e. just continue wagecucking, but do it well enough that I retire early),

4) start a company and get investors for the one semi-good idea I have that could get really good if I figure out some of the legal issues more thoroughly and build up connections to navigate the regulatory environment and build a moat around the company,

Once kids' preschool is off the books 2) and 4) get a lot more realistic, and if I get anywhere with 4) it would quickly move up to 2) or 1).
