the narrative is that, sure, being a normal weight is *usually* healthier, but that's not true for everyone. it's possible to be healthy at any weight! and if you've visited the doctor and there aren't any indicators of illness, then you're perfectly healthy at your weight.

but if you TRY to lose weight, it shows you're not comfortable in your own skin, and this can lead to psychological and metabolic trauma that can ruin your health as a person.

so, instead of focusing on weight, maybe it's better to focus on being happy in your own skin?

this sort of seductive (to normies) philosophy was decades in the making, but is finally becoming adopted as mainstream thought.
