A lot of what they sell on Amazon looks pretty awkward. Instead, you want one that looks like a small sports water bottle except with a very flexible body. Fill with water and bend the body so the nozzle aims at anus, then give several hard squeezes so there's a good stream.
The one I have has a shorter nozzle and flexible body. Made in Saudi though. |
