At lunch I lifted. 60 lbs dumbbell press (most my bldg gym has) 15 x 3 sets. 60 lb curls 3 sets x 10. Some tricep rope shit on one of those machines 10 x 3 sets.
Went on treadmill after workout. 2 miles in 15 min.
After work went on 5.3 mile hike solid elevation gain. Ran down at a good clip.
