I got a treasure trove of comments from the principal. He blamed the blacks, women, Asians, Mexicans, Chinese, etc. for his problems.
Then he started threatening to fire people based on their national origin.
I’ve already got him on tape from prior incidents admitting that he’d “never” hire a woman for certain positions because they are incapable of performing the work of a man.
LJL at this clown. If he ever fires me, I’m going to ring his bell with the EEOC and drop some big ass charges on his lap. I’m thinking my minimum severance demand will be $300k. What do you think? Too high? I will pursue this just because at this point because I believe in justice and I don’t fear the blowback. I have nothing to lose. He has no insurance and can’t control his emotions or behavior. Obviously there is a number that makes sense for me to stick to and exploit his weaknesses to obtain. Looking for guidance in identifying that settlement number.
