- At arrival you leave bags and walk to the island. One luggage piece was left in a puddle all clothing soaked.
- After checking in, pile of pubes found in bathroom, called housekeeping and they cleaned it, but no apology
- 1 of 4 AirCon units in room broken at check in, guy came to confirm it was broken but never fixed during entire stay
- Passport taken for check in not returned until we called, they had forgotten they had it.
- GF stepped on a piece of broken glass in the pool
- Was out of room 6-10pm, they didn't do turndown. As soon as we returned they try to come do it and disturb us.
- Left my dirty clothes in a pile on the ground for 3 days, never cleaned them up while doing house keeping.
- Bathtub drain toggle fell off, and shower head attached to bath wouldn't turn off and leaked all over the floor.
- After taking boat shuttle from island to the mainland (beach and spa/fitness are on the Villa Milocer side), no one knew where fitness was, we figured it out ourselves. When we wanted to make spa appointments, couldn't find any employees to get anything done.
- Asked for extra bottles of water night one. House keeping inexplicably took away the extra water when they cleaned the next day.
- At lunch we learned of wasp infestation at all restaurants and food was terrible at the piazza restaurant
- Needed watershoes to go in ocean by beach due to jagged rocks
- Everything very slippery and dangerous, water sitting for days never mopped up
- Turndown night 2 again not done while we were away, waited until we got back late and inconvenienced us.
- Wasp infested dinner, waiter admits the entire island is infested, no disclosure and they haven't rectified the problem. Like SERIOUS infestation with dozens of wasps buzzing around every table at all times.
- The hotel sells day passes to non-guests to come to the restaurant on the island and pools/beach at Villa Milocer so everything was CROWDED as FUCK all the time. Randoms stumbling around the island, and the beach and pool JAMMED on the mainland. Including locals with their infants running around naked or in diapers. There are two pools on the island, one, the adults only pool is also infested with wasps and barely gets any sun. Since we couldn't get sun there we tried to go to the other tiny pool but it was so overrun there was no place to even put down our towels, not very Aman. Later that day the pool overflowed and closed off much of that area since it was under water and slippery. |

Not even close to Aman standard, more like 3.5* standard. I will say all the waiters were very good and apologized for the wasp infestation. at least they cared. The management...not so much.
