Free night in Austin, TX during work trip. Should I stay downtown or near UT?

Plan that night is to hop on tinder grab some drinks with a chick and fuck her. Preferably would be a UT student, but does not have to be.
Am I better off staying at a hotel downtown near 6th st? Or right near UT?
Assuming I specifically wanted a UT chick, would I be better off staying downtown or near campus? |

If you strike out on tinder, you'd still have decent odds at closing irl, especially if your hotel is that close. |
